    • Pilates Basics#2 Cat Stretch for spinal articulation & Opposite Arm/Leg reach for stability and strength

    • Pilates Basics#3 Mini Swan, Rocket/Dart & Swimming Prep all assist in strengthening the upper back in order to create great upright posture.

    • Pilates Basics#4 Side Lying Clams and single leg lift/lower/circles. These exercises focus on stability and control, as well as toning the legs and butt.

    • Pilates Basics#5 Spinal movement: Side Bends, Twists & Stretch Forward. All these exercises create flexibility in the spine.
